Following our recent announcement regarding the effects of the COVID-19 outbreak and how it has impacted the operations of Rotary Watches Ltd. We have reviewed the current situation and worked hard to ensure that we prioritise the safety of our employees, retail partners and consumers by carefully following the UK government guidelines. With this in mind we feel that in order to protect all concerned it is best that we close the majority of business operations as a temporary measure including; website, distribution and service & repair centre until further notice.
We will be working hard to fulfil any existing online orders, but delivery will take longer than usual. Our returns policy is up to 30 days. Due to the unprecedented circumstances we will extend this to 60 days as we will not be accepting any returns at this time. Please follow the guidelines online and contact – email@example.com
