Business operations update and statement from the Vice President of Rotary Watches Ltd.
‘We continue to prioritise the health and safety of our employees, retail partners and customers, with this in mind, myself and the Rotary Watches team have been busily working away ‘remotely’ behind the scenes and after a very careful decision process, we have decided to re-open our distribution centre week commencing the 4th May for a three week period to service our retail partners and online orders. This will be reviewed at the end of the three week period in line with Government advice and we will issue further updates. We are implementing strict health and safety measures that follow the Government’s COVID-19 work place guidelines to ensure that our amazing, dedicated team are kept safe at all times. I would like to take this opportunity to thank each member of the team for their dedication and resilience during this unprecedented time and I look forward to building a bright future together’ Says Pauline Chan, Vice President – Rotary Watches Ltd
As a continued temporary measure the service & repair centre will remain closed until further notice. We will endeavour to fulfil all retail partner and online orders as soon as possible, there may be a slight delay to deliveries. We are not accepting online returns until normal operations resume, in light of this we have extended our returns period from 30 days to 60 days, for more information please visit www.rotarywatches.com.
Key head office functions will still operate remotely which will allow communication to remain open and we would love to hear from you. We ask for your patience during this unprecedented time, we are endeavouring to provide support and answer all emails and queries as quickly as possible.
We will continuously review the situation and publish updates so please do keep in contact via our website and social channels.
We thank you for your continued support and we cannot wait to see you again soon.
